CLEMENSIA DOVECOTE"The Articulate Architect"
33. She/Her. Assistant Gamemaker. Another former classmate of Coriolanus Snow, Clemensia is now tasked with the grueling challenge of designing the arena for the Games each year. While she is not as innovative as her wife Lysistrata, Clemensia makes up for it by being profoundly eloquent with her words, allowing her arenas to turn out exactly as she pictured them in her mind. Though she has a wild and even rebellious side, she keeps it hidden under lock and key, as her job and her wife always come first to her. For the First Quell, Clemensia looks forwards to creating an arena unlike anything Panem has ever seen.

LUCRETIUS FLICKERMAN"The Lighthearted Luminary"
51. He/Him. Master of Ceremonies. Prior to the Dark Days, Lucretius, or as he's more affectionately known, "Lucky," was widely regarded as a talented weatherman, talk show host, and actor. As the Games developed in their earlier years, it was a given that he'd be the man in charge of showcasing the more human sides of Tributes, while also narrating their time in the arena for those watching at home. Though Lucky doesn't take his job incredibly seriously, considering he spends more time at the bar than in the office, it's safe to say that the Games wouldn't be the same without his witty one-liners, even if they're all fueled by alcohol.
